Dressage Rider Andrew Gould Turns his Hand to Eventing

Well-known dressage rider Andrew Gould is to turn his hand to eventing this season — something he hasn’t competed in since he was 12 years-old at Pony Club.

A member of five consecutive GB European dressage teams, the fifth ranked rider by British Dressage in the Small Tour Rankings in 2007 and famously dressage instructor to Katie Price aka Jordan, Andrew won’t be neglecting dressage — just looking for a new challenge.

The opportunity arose when one of Andrew’s pupils, Jonathan Clarke, gave him the ride on the 17.1hh 11 year-old Irish bred gelding Loughnatousa Iceman.

They will be competing at pre-novice and novice level this season….
